Heather Cruickshank
Senior
Research Associate at the Centre for Sustainable Development at the
University of Cambridge. Research interests include implementation of
sustainable development concepts into large-scale community
developments. Heather has 10 years industrial experience. She is a
chartered civil engineer and Member of ICE and CIWEM.
Dianne Hinds
With a background in applied social science research, and latterly social anthropology, Di Hinds has worked in a range of practice and academic settings on a number of innovative projects as both researcher and evaluator. Much of her work has focused on work practices in diverse sectors (from health to the 'new economy'), principally around 'innovation and change'. She is fascinated by the anthropological perspective and questions around 'how ideas migrate', the 'co-production of knowledge', the anthropology of work, anthropology of the city and the anthropology of development.
Alice Moncaster
Research assistant at the University of Cambridge, currently completing a PhD at the University of East Anglia. Research interests include construction of low energy buildings and sustainable aspects of design for the built environment. Alice has previously worked for several years in industry as a civil and structural engineer and is a chartered member of the ICE.
